Hey everyone!

This summer has been mostly off-stage for EMD. I must say that I miss being on tour this time of the year. I think the three of us feel the same way. But at the same time we all were in a desperate need of a time-out and break from 3-4 years of non-stop working.

Erik has been in his hometown Uddevalla, enjoying the company of good friends and family. The westcoast during the summer in Sweden is beautiful. He has also been performing with his old band. 

Mattias has been in his hometown Västerås a short period visiting and hanging out with family and friends just catching up. He has been with his girlfriend in the south of Sweden and in Denmark. He is also preparing for the arrival of their baby. It's so cool that he's becoming a father!

Me, well. I've been swimming, sunbathing, working out alot in the gym. I was at my girlfriends summer cottage in Småland for a week. It was great, besides all the mosquitos!! hate them, I realy do. I wish them all an evil death.. 

I've met up with some old friends who I haven't spoken to for some years. Isn't it strange how the years can go by and when you meet an old friend again, everything just slips right back to how it used to be... I became 15 years old again and started giggling continuously at everything. I remember being a happy teenager. I guess that I still am :D

I've written some songs during this time-off. But it's hard to motivate yourself into crawling down into "The Dungeon" and work for some hours when the sun is shining so unusualy often. (the dungeon by the way is our studio...) Sweden is known for rainy summers. But I've managed to get some work done. Im thinking alot on the new EMD-sound. Erik, Me and Mattias have planned a songwriter camp in August. We're gonna lock ourselfes in with instruments and our computers for a week somewhere in Stockholms archipelago. I know that we're going to find the right sound.

The three of us has a lot of solo material that we want you guys to hear. But it's a matter of timing and planning untill you will be able to get hold of it. I must say that it sounds fresh in every angle. I still dont know anything bout Erik or Mattias but I hope to release something during the autum. 

As I'm writing this I'm on the train to Gothenburg. Me and Janna are visiting some old friends and staying one night. Then we're off to Denmark and Copenhagen for some shopping and sightseeing :) Our trip to Barcelona was canceled as both me and EMD got some work to do next week. Im off to Russia and Mosco on friday. Back to Copenhagen on Sunday but just to rent a car and drive in to Sweden and to Halmstad to the RixFm Fesival... So I lied when I said Im on time-off. :) I'm a workoholic so I need some exitement and things to happend around me as you've maybe noticed on Facebook. Damn! I knew that I would be such a sucker for that shit... But I only update the EMD page. I don't use it for personal usage - yet. 

Well...  gonna start my new book. Not much of a reader, but Im trying.

Today has been a calm day. well it started very early with morning radio.

My throat has gotten worse :( so I had to prepare a long time before we got on live this morning.

Tea w honey and lime, some warm-up for my vocals and then just keep my neck running smooth.

It went ok but I dont like to sing when my voice isn't 100%

I had some meetings and after that lunch w friends. I love thai food so we went to a great place.

After that I just layed in a park for some hours and listened to music.

After that I stopped by my girlfriends cousins receptionparty, she took her Collage graduation today! wiiii

That's my day. Now I have to get my throat back on track.

¨Halo Halo Halooooo ¨

Hey hey hey.

I started my day as usual. Got up at 8.30 and started my jogging. 

After that a shower and a quick brunch. I sat by my piano for 2 hours and wrote some lyrics for two songs that I've been workin on.

My hair was bugging me so I desided to cut it off. I called my hairdresser Bobby, who always got time for me :)

I coloured it a bit lighter and cut it short. Feels great!!! Just like in the old days.

Unfortunately I have a soar throat. I think it's due to all the aircondition that I got exposed for during the weekend. I was in Poland saturday and sunday.

Had very little sleep and just tored out my vocal cords i guess. I sound like a smoker... : /

Poland was nice! Jelenia Góra is a wonderful city. Very close to the Czech boarder.

Jury i metro on stage - Kul, men besviken på resultatet... "den svenska björnstammen" Que?

Skriva sjukt mycket nytt material i studion - Phett najs asså!! Bra skit osso!

Leka programledare i live-tv - Aldrig mer, men det var faktiskt kul. Och jag tyckte att vi var grymma. Bättre än Linda och Måns Möller iaf. Sen var det ju sweet att träffa Alex igen :) och hon ringde faktiskt mig sen på kvällen hihi..

Spela Save2najt live i MixMegapol - Trevligt som alltid. Förutom när Anders kommer in å tuggar fradga :) Props till mig som spelar gura (!)

Spela Save2najt live på sommarkrysset - Mycket roligt, men besviken på ljudet. Min gura hördes inte och min sång var för lågt mixad. Sabla ljudtekniker!

Flyga helikopter till signering i Örebro - FLÄSK!! 

Direkt efter signering till Sthlm för fotosession med EMD - Tungt, men det blev bra bilder. Hann dock ej klippa mig innan... mmmm..

Save2najt veckans hitvarning på RixFm - MEGA!!

Imorn äre möte med grabbarna inför hösten. Vi planerar för fulla hus och det ska bli så jävla fakkin kul att komma ut igen och lira!!!Å denna gång kommer vi lire en stor del själva. Jag över som attan på guran och det är råkul att känna att man blir bättre. Kan jag med mina korvfingrar så kan även du :)

Hoppas ni kommer och möter oss på konserthusen runt om i Svealand. Blir det slutsålt så blire fler gig. Så ut och berätta för alla polare och vänner, familj och de du känner att EMD kommer lira i höst.

juste, en sak till. Jag har blivit lite rundare sedan sist. Har ätit för många bröllops-mazariner. hahaha!
